2 Ataulfo Mangos or 1 Haden mango, peeled and pit removed
1 cup almond milk (I made my own – soaked ½ cup almonds overnight, drained and blended with 1 cup of water and strained through a nut sack)
or
1 cup cashew cream (1/2 cup cashews soaked overnight, drained and blended with 3/4 cup of water )1 tbsp ground chia
1 tsp maca
2 tsp coconut oil
1 cup ice cubes
2 handfuls of spinach
3 tsps rose water
½ tsp raw honey
Enough water to slurp this deliciousness through a straw.
