Ann & Natalie's Tropical Smoothie Goddess


1 mango or a 1/2 cup frozen 
1 cup fresh pineapple
2 handfuls fresh baby spinach
1 cup coconut water 
1 - 2 cups water.
1 scoop protein powder (Sun Warrior raw vegan Vanilla is my preference) 
1 TBSP ground flax or chia 
1 TBSP coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut 
1 tsp maca (optional) 
1 tsp raw honey (optional) 
Throw it all in the blender and blend until smooth, adding more water if needed. 
Tastes like a Piña Colada!
